Josette Massy-Forget founded the company that bears her name in 1982. Chairperson since 2002 following a merger with her daughter's firm, she now focuses her professional energies on managing and developing the company, as well as providing strategic consulting services to key clients.

In 2002, she was appointed President of the Alliance des cabinets de relations publiques du Québec (ACRPQ). Josette holds a Master of Science degree and completed her doctoral studies in the same field.
