Claudia brings her dynamic spirit and a wide-ranging skill-set to Massy-Forget. Curious by nature, Claudia always wants to go farther and find original solutions to the challenges she faces.

Claudia’s strong interest in communications motivated her to study public relations at l’Université de Montréal, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in science de la communication.

Before joining the team at Massy-Forget, Claudia worked for CAA-Québec, where she first occupied the position of customer-service representative. She was rapidly promoted to the position of communications officer, after demonstrating strong communications and client-management skills. Her new responsibilities enabled her to acquire experience in public relations, specifically in the areas of media and government relations.
